Sending Sage Line 50 Data to Microsoft Excel
You can send data from certain windows, lists and grids within Sage Line 50 to Microsoft Excel. You can then edit and format the data to create reports to suit your own individual business requirements. As the data within Excel will not affect your Sage Line 50 data, you can customise your reports and experiment with different "what if?" situations. To do this, from within the window you want to send to Excel, open the File menu, choose Send and then choose Contents to Microsoft Excel.
Note: If you encounter problems sending large amounts of data from Sage Line 50 V8 to Microsoft Excel, you should try reducing the amount of data you send. To do this, use the Search facility to act as a filter on the list. For more information about applying searches to your data, refer to your Sage Line 50 User's Guide or the Sage Line 50 on-line help system.
